Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible to prove the parts as NPI / NPD in both CNC Milling, Turning, TurnMill Centres.
Well versed to operate CNC Milling / Turning / TurnMill / MillTurn machines to produce Aerospace / Medical Components/Parts. Also responsible to do settings in the respective machines.
Hands on knowledge of shop tools that include micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, wrenches, rotary sanders, air tools, abrasive pads, etc.
Should be good at reading 2D drawings & GD&T.
Ability to identify, troubleshoot and solve basic problems.
To ensure 3C, 5S activities.
Willingness to work in Rotational Shifts.
Knowledge on Controllers : Fanuc, Hidenhain, HAAS, etc.
Good enough with 2D programming - preferred

Key Skills

Knowledge on Milling / Turning / TurnMill / MillTurn

Required Experience and Qualifications

Qualification: Diploma / Degree qualified in Mechanical /Automobile Engineering
Experience : 7 - 12 years of experience in a manufacturing / production environment.
Candidates with Multi-axis machining experiences are preferred.
