Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced CNC Milling Operator skilled in Siemens and HSS controls with the ability to perform 2D programming and read engineering drawings. The candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components according to design and quality standards. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines with Siemens and HSS controls.

• Prepare, load, and align tools, fixtures, and materials as per the job order.

• Create and edit 2D CNC programs and verify correctness before production. • Read and interpret engineering and part drawings accurately.

• Conduct first piece inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy throughout the batch. • Adjust cutting parameters, speeds, and feeds as required for various materials. • Maintain tools and machines in proper working condition.

• Record production details and report deviations or issues promptly. • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Skills Required: • Hands-on experience in Siemens and HSS control systems. • Proficiency in 2D CNC programming and tool path setup.

• Good understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.

• Familiarity with measuring instruments like Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gauges. • Knowledge of cutting tools, machining processes, and material properties. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Salary: As per industry standards / commensurate with experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
