CNC Machine Operator

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to cut, shape, or bond materials as per the provided specifications. Your duties will involve setting up, programming, and operating banding CNC machines efficiently. Regular maintenance and troubleshooting of the machines will also be part of your responsibilities to ensure optimal performance. Quality control is an essential aspect of this role where you will inspect finished products to ensure they meet industry standards and customer specifications. Additionally, you will be handling material loading tasks, ensuring proper positioning of raw materials like metal strips, plastic, or fabric into the CNC machine. Programming plays a crucial role in this job as you will input and adjust CNC programs based on specific job requirements to ensure accurate machine operations. Adhering to safety protocols is paramount to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others while operating the CNC machine. To excel in this role, you should have knowledge of CNC programming languages and the ability to modify programs for various tasks.
