CNC Machine Operator

As a skilled and responsible Homag Machine Operator, you will be joining our production team to operate and maintain Homag woodworking machinery used for modular furniture and kitchen manufacturing. You will be responsible for setting up and operating Homag machines such as Hpp-180 BHX, CNC, and Edgebander. Your key responsibilities will include loading and aligning workpieces accurately, interpreting design drawings and technical specifications, monitoring machine operation for quality and precision, conducting routine checks and maintenance, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring timely completion of production targets with minimal waste. It will be essential for you to follow all safety standards, maintain cleanliness around the work area, and regularly report production data to the supervisor. Your required skills and qualifications for this role include experience in operating Homag or similar CNC woodworking machines, understanding of panel processing, cutting, drilling, routing, and edge banding, ability to read production drawings and interpret machine programs, basic knowledge of machine maintenance and safety procedures, strong attention to detail, and commitment to quality. The minimum qualification preferred for this position is ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Wood Technology. Additionally, having experience in the modular furniture or kitchen manufacturing industry, knowledge of software like woodWOP, flexibility, team-oriented mindset, and proactive problem-solving skills will be considered as preferred attributes. Please note that this is a Full-time, Permanent, or Internship position with a contract length of 3 months. The work schedule will be in the morning shift, with the availability of day shift being preferred. The work location is in person.
