CNC Machine Operator

You will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Turning Lathe machines to perform precision turning, facing, boring, and threading operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reading and interpreting engineering drawings - Selecting appropriate tools, inserts, and fixtures for machining - Writing, editing, or modifying CNC programs (Fanuc controls) - Performing part inspections using measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and height gauges - Monitoring machine operations and adjusting feeds, speeds, and tooling as necessary - Maintaining machines in good working condition and ensuring routine maintenance is carried out - Adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining cleanliness in the work area - Recording production data and reporting any issues or deviations to supervisors Qualifications required for this role include: - ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field - 2-5 years of hands-on experience in operating and programming CNC Lathe machines - Knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc systems) - Ability to read and understand technical drawings - Good understanding of tooling, cutting speeds, and feeds - Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset The company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund.
