Job Description

1. Machine Operation

Set up and operate CNC machines (Router / Lathe / Milling / Laser — customise as required).
Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment.
Run machine operations as per program settings and job order.
Monitor machine during operations to ensure accuracy and precision.

2. Program Handling

Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and CNC programs.
Make minor adjustments to machine settings as required.
Report any programming errors or issues to the programmer/engineer.

3. Quality Control

Measure finished products using tools like Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.
Ensure all components are within tolerance and meet quality standards.
Reject or rework defective pieces with proper documentation.

4. Maintenance & Safety

Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
Report breakdowns or unusual machine behavior.
Follow all shop-floor safety rules, PPE guidelines, and 5S practices.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily production logs and machine usage reports.
Record quantities produced, errors, and downtime.
Communicate production status to the supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
