Job Overview We are seeking a motivated CNC Setter Cum Operator to join our team in Gurgaon. This is a full-time position requiring candidates to have between 2 to 4 years of work experience. As a key team member, you will be responsible for Setting and operating CNC machines, ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency are maintained. Roles and Responsibilities Setting of CNC machines to complete specific tasks as per design and specification requirements. Operate CNC machines meticulously, adhering to safety standards and operation guidelines. Interpret blueprints and engineering plans to execute operations efficiently. Set up machines by installing and aligning tools, fixtures, and materials to ensure accuracy. Perform regular machine inspections and maintenance activities to prevent downtime. Collaborate with the engineering team to optimise production processes and output. Ensure compliance with all quality standards by conducting quality checks on finished products. Maintain a clean and organised work area, following safety protocols strictly. Qualifications and Skills CNC Setting with proficiency in understanding software used in machine operations. Blueprint Reading to accurately interpret and follow engineering drawings and schematics. Experience in Machine Operation to effectively run CNC machinery and troubleshoot common issues that arise during operation. Skillful in Machine Setting to accurately configure tools and settings before the commencement of tasks. Strong attention to detail ensuring all tasks are completed with precision and high quality. Proven analytical skills to assess efficiency and performance, ensuring optimal machine operations. Basic knowledge of maintenance related to CNC machinery to perform routine checks and basic repairs. Ability to work collaboratively with other team members, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
