CNC programming skills: Experience with CNC programming languages, such as G-code.
CAD/CAM software experience: Experience with CAD/CAM software, such as Mastercam or SolidWorks.
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications and blueprints.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines, including programming, tooling, and material handling.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards.
Troubleshoot issues with CNC machines and take corrective action to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate records of machine operation, production, and maintenance.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
Previous experience operating CNC machines, including programming and setup.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
Ability to troubleshoot issues with CNC machines and take corrective action.
Good communication skills to work effectively with team members.
