Job Description: company based in Rabale, Navi Mumbai, is looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator with hands-on experience on Mazak machines. This role demands a dedicated professional who can handle long working hours and consistently deliver high-quality output. Key Responsibilities: • Set up and operate CNC Mazak machines independently. • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders. • Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to ensure accurate production. • Perform regular quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications. • Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines. • Troubleshoot machine issues and report mechanical malfunctions promptly. • Maintain accurate production records and logs. • Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean work environment. Required Qualifications & Experience: • Minimum 2 years of experience operating Mazak CNC machines. Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Physically fit and able to work 12-hour shifts.
