CNC Machine Operator

Job Description:

Core Responsibilities :

Machine Operation and Setup:

• Set up and operate 0perate makino CNC Machines, ensuring accurate cutting parameters, tools selection and machine performance.

Programming:

• Program the CNC machine using software and codes, translating blueprints into executable instructions for the machine.

Quality Control:

• Inspect machined parts to ensure they meet blueprints specification and quality standards.

Machine Handling:

• Load and unload parts and materials into the CNC machine.

Machine Maintenance:

• maintain the CNC Machine, performing routine maintenance and identifying areas for improvement.

Blueprint Interpretation:

• Read and Interpret blueprints and mechanical drawing to understand the desired outcome.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and meet quality goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

CNC Machine Operation:

• Experience with Makino CNC machines or similar technologies is highly valued.

Blueprints reading:

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.

Programming:

• Familiarity with CNC Programming languages and software is essential.

Technical Skills:

• Good understanding of mechanical principles, Metrology and basic math.

Communication Skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Additional Considerations:

Safety:

• Adherence to safety protocols and regulations is curical when operating CNC machines.

Problem-solving:

• Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and identify areas for improvement.

Continuous Learning:

• A willingness to learn new techniques and technologies related to CNC Machining.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
