CMS Developer

I’m looking for a skilled and reliable web developer to work with me full-time. We're a digital marketing agency, and we handle multiple client websites every month across different CMS platforms. I already have a designer, so I mainly need someone who’s technically strong and can fix bugs, implement SEO suggestions, and build/optimize pages quickly and accurately.

Here’s what I need help with:

Core Responsibilities

• Fix website bugs and errors (layout issues, broken elements, console errors, etc.)
• Create new landing pages or sections using Shopify, WordPress, Wix, or Tilda
• Implement on-page SEO changes (meta tags, schema, internal linking, heading structure, image alt tags, etc.)
• Optimize website loading speed (Core Web Vitals, image compression, caching, lazy loading, etc.)
• Ensure mobile responsiveness across all devices and browsers
• Maintain consistent branding, fonts, and color schemes throughout the website
• Collaborate with the designer to convert Figma/PSD files into functional web pages
• Troubleshoot and handle client feedback revisions quickly and accurately

Technical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid (for Shopify)
• Experience with WordPress (Elementor, WPBakery, custom themes)
• Familiarity with Shopify speed optimization and app management
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices
• Experience in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Basic knowledge of Wix and Tilda CMS

Work Expectations

• Full-time engagement (preferably available during Indian working hours)
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to deliver pixel-perfect results
• Should be comfortable communicating via Basecamp, Google Meet, or WhatsApp
• Should be available for same-day task updates and quick turnarounds
