Job Title: CMM Mitutoyo Operator

Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years
CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000
Location: TADA
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Shift: Rotational Shifts

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled CMM Mitutoyo Operator with hands-on experience in dimensional inspection using Mitutoyo CMM machines and MCOSMOS software. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of quality inspection standards and GD&T.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and program Mitutoyo CMM (MCOSMOS software) for part inspection.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspection.
• Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T symbols.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.
• Ensure calibration and proper upkeep of measuring instruments.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for dimensional validation.
• Troubleshoot basic issues with equipment and software.

Requirements:

• Diploma/BE in Mechanical/Automobile/Production or related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Mitutoyo CMM operations and basic programming
• Knowledge of GD&T, precision measurement tools, and quality standards.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
