Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CMM Operator based in Khed. The CMM Operator will be responsible for performing measurements and inspections using the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). Daily tasks include setting up and operating the CMM, using measurement programs to evaluate product specifications, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role also involves analyzing measurement data, preparing reports, and assisting with troubleshooting and calibration processes to maintain equipment accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proficient in operating and programming CMM machines, with knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Strong skills in measurement and inspection, with the ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and CAD drawings.
• Familiarity with quality control processes, and experience in using calibration tools and techniques.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data analysis, and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the capacity to work on-site in a manufacturing environment.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical qualifications. Previous experience in the manufacturing sector is strongly preferred.
