CMM Inspection

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dimensional inspection using CMM machines (Manual / CNC).
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, and specifications.
• Program and operate CMM using software such as PC-DMIS / Calypso / CMM Manager.
• Inspect incoming, in-process, and final components.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
• Identify non-conformities and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams.
• Ensure calibration and proper maintenance of measuring instruments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in CMM inspection (experience level can be adjusted).
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and precision measurement.
• Hands-on experience with CMM programming and operation.
• Familiarity with quality tools and inspection methods.
• Good documentation and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• CMM Inspection: 3 years (Required)
