CM - QA - Engineer - Playwright

QA EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Engineer to join our team.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform thorough manual testing of web applications to identify defects and ensure functionality meets requirements.Design, develop, and execute API test cases to validate backend services and integrations.Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using Playwright and other automation tools.Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software.Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution activities.Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.Continuously improve testing processes and automation frameworks.Provide timely and clear test status reports and metrics.Leverage insurance domain knowledge to better understand business workflows and testing scenarios (preferred).

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience

4-7 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on web application testing.Strong manual testing skills for web applications, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.Extensive experience in API testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar.Proficient in automation testing with hands-on experience in Playwright.Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build processes.Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience in the insurance domain is a strong plus.Well versed in using AI tools like GitHub Co pilotWhat makes you stand outStrong Team PlayerDemonstrates the ability to analyse a problemStrong relationship building and customer focusAbility to engage in multiple initiatives / implementations simultaneouslyInsurance Domain experience
