Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Cluster Sales Manager to lead and grow our Unsecured Business Loan portfolio through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel , focused on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing DSA relationships, driving business volumes, ensuring credit quality, and building a high-performance sales team across assigned geographies. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Acquire and grow unsecured business loan volumes in the SME segment through the DSA channel. Identify and onboard productive DSAs in assigned clusters/territories. Ensure achievement of sales targets and business KPIs. DSA Management: Build strong relationships with DSAs, provide regular training and support to improve productivity. Monitor performance and ensure compliance with policy, pricing, and documentation standards. Resolve channel partner issues efficiently to ensure seamless business flow. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Officers (if applicable). Allocate targets, track performance, and provide guidance and support. Credit & Risk Coordination: Ensure sourcing of high-quality proposals adhering to internal credit norms. Work closely with credit and operations teams for smooth processing of files. Market Intelligence & Strategy: Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback. Suggest process improvements, new product features, and competitive strategies. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of unsecured business loan products and SME financials. Proven experience in managing DSA channel sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills. Strong understanding of credit assessment and documentation. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 815 years of experience in unsecured business loans, preferably in SME lending via DSA channel. Prior experience in managing multiple DSAs across regions is a must. Preferred candidate profile
