Cluster Manager - Two Wheeler Loans

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

• Drive business targets for two-wheeler loans across allocated branches/dealers.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, DSA partners, and channel partners.

• Identify new market opportunities and expand dealer network within the cluster.

• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and implement action plans to improve conversions.

• Ensure achievement of disbursement, sourcing, and cross-sell targets.

2. Team Management

• Lead, guide, and motivate sales executives, credit officers, and field teams.

• Conduct regular reviews, provide feedback, and ensure effective manpower productivity.

• Support hiring, training, and skill development of team members.

3. Dealer & Partner Relationship Management

• Maintain strong partnerships with two-wheeler dealerships.

• Ensure dealer satisfaction, timely payouts, and compliance with business agreements.

• Conduct dealer visits and business review meetings.

4. Credit & Risk Management

• Ensure quality sourcing as per company credit policy.

• Work closely with the credit team to optimize approval rates while maintaining portfolio quality.

• Identify high-risk cases and take preventive actions.

5. Collections & Portfolio Management

• Monitor early delinquency cases & coordinate with the collections team.

• Ensure healthy portfolio performance and reduction of NPAs.

• Conduct portfolio health checks and drive recovery initiatives when required.

6. Compliance & Process Adherence

• Ensure adherence to internal policies, guidelines, and regulatory norms.

• Conduct periodic audits at dealer points and branches.

• Maintain documentation accuracy and timely system updates.

7. Customer Service

• Ensure high customer satisfaction across touchpoints.

• Resolve escalations and provide solutions to customers and channel partners.

• Champion customer-first culture within the cluster.
