Cluster Manager - DSMG - Two Wheeler Loans - X Bucket - Jamshedpur - Gayatri Enclave - JM

As a Collections Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets based on resolution, flows, credit cost, and roll rates, depending on the bucket. You will need to ensure that NPAs are kept within the assigned budget and actively work towards minimizing them. Conducting asset verification and possession in accordance with SARFESI/Section 9 process through court receivers will be part of your duties. Tracking and controlling delinquency in the area, both bucket and DPD wise, and focusing on nonstarters will be crucial. Your role will also involve ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues promptly within the specified TAT. Building relationships with key clients to facilitate timely collections and monitoring defaulting customers through regular follow-ups will be essential. Representing the organization in front of legal/statutory bodies as required, ensuring adherence to legal guidelines by the collection team, and maintaining adequate Feet on Street availability area-wise/bucket-wise/segment-wise are key aspects of this role. Obtaining daily updates from collection executives on delinquent portfolios and conducting detailed account-level reviews for high ticket accounts will be part of your routine tasks. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all Audit/Regulatory Bodies and company policies and procedures. A Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline is the required qualification for this position.,
