Cluster Manager - Debt Management Services - SME
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finserv ltd. Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain an immaculate portfolio by delivering nil flows and rolling back delinquent accounts from Bucket-0 & Bucket-2.

Conduct personal visits to customers to investigate the root causes of delinquency.

Carry out regular follow-ups with the team.

Constantly monitor MIS and ensure smooth updating of SOAs.

Required Qualifications and Experience
