 Cluster Manager - Debt Management Services - SME 
 Job Purpose 
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.  Culture Anchor:

    •  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Maintain portfolio to ensure immaculate standards.
  • Deliver nil flows and roll back delinquent accounts from Bucket-0 & Bucket-2.
  • Conduct personal visits to customers to determine the root cause of delinquency.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with team members.
  • Constantly monitor MIS and ensure smooth updating of SOAs.

    •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • Practice emotional intelligence - Develops the team, supporting them to do more.
  • Listens to others, stays calm under pressure, and treats everyone with respect.
