Cluster IT Manager

As the Information Systems Manager at our company, your role will involve overseeing the department to ensure efficient operations in alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your primary focus will be on meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners by maintaining uninterrupted service of computer systems and networks used within the hotel. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing technical assistance and advice to hotel management - Maximizing the utilization of hardware and software investments - Offering effective training and support to staff - Managing internal communication networks within the hotel and external network gateways - Assisting in delivering IS-related services to hotel guests To excel in this position, you should ideally possess a university degree or diploma in Information Systems and/or Computer Programming, with networking experience being a definite advantage. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Information Systems Manager or Assistant Information Systems Manager in a large operation with advanced technology is required. Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.,
