Cluster IT Manager

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. As the Information Systems Manager, your primary role is to ensure that all computer systems and networks used within the hotel provide uninterrupted service to the hotel operations. You will also provide technical assistance and advice to hotel management, ensuring that the hotel's investment in hardware and software is maximized. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing effective training and support to the staff. To qualify for this position, ideally, you should possess a university degree or diploma in Information Systems and/or Computer Programming. Networking experience would be considered an advantage. A minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Information Systems Manager or Assistant Information Systems Manager in a large operation with advanced technology is required. Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Your responsibilities will also include effectively managing all communication networks used internally within the hotel and maintaining gateways to external networks. Furthermore, you will be expected to assist in providing IS-related services to hotel guests, ensuring their technological needs are met during their stay.,
