Cluster Director of Revenue Management

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the efficient running of the revenue management department at Grand Hyatt Goa, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your primary focus will be on meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. As the Cluster Director of Revenue Management, you will provide leadership in revenue accounting and implement best practices within the hotel. Your role includes overseeing all technical accounting aspects of the hotel's revenue streams, managing revenue recognition policies, and collaborating with sales, operations, and marketing teams. Additionally, you will handle royalty accounting, invoicing, and supervise two direct reports.
