Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase customer retention and referrals.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while managing branch operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in home loans (LAP) & mortgages.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of financial products such as home loans against property (LAP), loan against property (LAP), etc. .
Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers and colleagues alike.
