Club Coordinator

As a Hotel Coordinator at our establishment in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in driving in-house sales growth, coordinating with hotels for room bookings and reservations, managing and resolving member escalations promptly, and ensuring seamless communication with hotel teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include efficiently coordinating hotel bookings, cancellations, and modifications for guests and team members. You will be expected to generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales, build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. In this role, it will be essential for you to liaise with hotel staff to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, communicate effectively with guests and team members regarding hotel arrangements and any changes, and uphold high standards of customer service. To excel in this position, you should have a 10+2/Graduate degree or equivalent, with freshers and experienced candidates being welcome to apply. Ideally, you will possess 1-2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality environment, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
