Profile: Hotel Coordinator (Male Only) Job Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Driving in-house sales growth, Coordinating with hotels for room bookings and reservations, Managing and resolving member escalations in a timely and professional manner, - Ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with hotel teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate hotel bookings, cancellations, and modifications for guests and team members - Generate leads and follow up on existing leads to convert them into sales - Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics - Liaise with hotel staff to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes - Communicate with guests and team members regarding hotel arrangements and any changes Requirements: - 10+2/Graduate or equivalent - Experienced candidates can apply - 1-2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality environment (preferred) - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks - Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry standards Interested candidates, please submit your resume to: yogesh.kumar@eminencegroup.co.in Or contact us directly at: +91 88026 57196 Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹16,299.84 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
