CLS Intern - Customer Loyalty Squad

You are invited to join the team at mCaffeine & Hyphen as a CLS Intern (Customer Loyalty Squad) for a duration of 3 months, with the potential to transition into a full-time role. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally through calls, emails, and chat. - Efficiently resolving customer issues to ensure their satisfaction. - Building and nurturing positive relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty. - Identifying and escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate team members. - Contributing to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures. - Staying informed about company products, services, and promotions. - Collaborating with different departments to deliver a seamless customer experience. - Analyzing customer data to recognize trends and opportunities for enhancement. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Capability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. - Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
