CLS Intern - Customer Loyalty Squad

mCaffeine & Hyphen is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic CLS Intern (Customer Loyalty Squad) to become a part of our team! This is an internship opportunity for a duration of 3 months, which may lead to a full-time position based on performance and mutual agreement. As a CLS Intern, your key responsibilities will include promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels such as calls, emails, and chats. You will be expected to efficiently resolve customer issues to ensure their satisfaction, as well as cultivate positive relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty. Furthermore, you will play a role in identifying and escalating complex customer issues to the relevant team members, contributing to the enhancement of customer service policies and procedures, and staying informed about company products, services, and promotions. Collaboration with different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and analyzing customer data to spot trends and areas for enhancement will also be part of your role. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary, while prior experience in customer service or a related field would be advantageous. Freshers are welcome to apply for this position.
