Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 9 to 15 years of experience in testing, test planning, and QA assessment. The ideal candidate should have at least 2+ years of experience in cloud migration testing programs and managing large work programs. This position is based in Hyderabad.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for cloud migration testing.
Lead and manage testing teams to achieve successful outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Design and execute regression tests to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Create and maintain detailed test summary reports.
Mentor and guide testers and testing teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of cloud services, including AWS/GCP certification preferred.
Experience in automation and non-functional testing is desirable.
Ability to manage UAT with business stakeholders is an added advantage.
Proficiency in JIRA and strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
Experience working with onshore and offshore teams across multiple time zones is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
