As an Oracle Technical Consultant, your role will involve providing L2/L3 technical support for Oracle Cloud and on-prem applications, focusing on Oracle APEX, VBCS, OTBI, PL/SQL, OIC, and EDI. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing Oracle-based integrations, customizations, and reports aligned to PST working hours. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for Oracle APEX development and maintenance. - Troubleshoot and enhance VBCS applications. - Code, debug, and tune PL/SQL scripts. - Implement and troubleshoot OIC-based integrations with third-party systems. - Develop and troubleshoot OTBI reports. - Support inbound/outbound EDI data flows. - Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements. - Analyse and resolve integration and reporting issues promptly. - Maintain technical documentation and support guides. - Coordinate with Oracle Support and vendors for issue resolution. - Participate in testing during patching, updates, and enhancements. Required Qualifications: - 7+ years of technical experience with Oracle technologies, including APEX, PL/SQL, and OTBI. - Hands-on experience with VBCS and OIC for integrations. - Strong understanding of EDI processes and error handling. - Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, packages, procedures, and functions. - Experience in a support environment handling service tickets and change requests. - Ability to work independently during PST time zone hours. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with Oracle SaaS modules is a plus. - Experience with REST/SOAP web services and JSON/XML data handling. - Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware or Oracle SOA Suite is advantageous. - Oracle certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.,
