Cloud Technical Lead

As a Cloud Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable cloud-based solutions. Your main focus will be on collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of cloud technologies in support of our IoT products and services. Your key responsibilities will include leading the architectural design and implementation of cloud infrastructure and application architectures, with a focus on scalability, security, and high availability. You will also provide technical leadership by guiding and mentoring development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and best practices adherence. Conducting thorough code reviews, debugging sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to maintain high-quality code standards will be an essential part of your role. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks will be crucial. You will define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Advocating for and implementing industry best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes will also be a part of your responsibilities. In terms of technical proficiency, you should have expertise in Angular framework for frontend technologies and proficiency in Node.js for backend development. A strong command over TypeScript and JavaScript, along with a working knowledge of Python, is required. Experience with cloud services and infrastructure management, as well as proficiency in using GitHub for code versioning and collaboration, will be necessary. You are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.E./B.Tech/MCA). Additionally, you should have 12-15 years of work experience in leadership roles within the telecom/IoT/electronics/semiconductor domain. As a leader, you are expected to lead by example, demonstrating technical excellence and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Mentoring junior developers, providing guidance on technical challenges and career development, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment will be key aspects of your leadership role. This is a full-time position located in Kochi, India, and you will have the opportunity to work from the office.
