Role Overview: As a Cloud Specialist with 9 to 13 years of experience, you will be responsible for enhancing the cloud infrastructure and collaboration tools. Your expertise in Microsoft Teams Administration and Basic IP Telephony will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and administer Microsoft Teams to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Basic IP Telephony systems. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Teams and related collaboration tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft Teams with other enterprise applications. - Develop and enforce best practices for Microsoft Teams usage and administration. - Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and patches. - Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their proficiency with Microsoft Teams. - Create and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures. - Lead the evaluation and selection of new collaboration tools and technologies. - Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures in the administration of Microsoft Teams. - Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and collaboration tools. - Provide recommendations for improving system efficiency and user experience. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud technologies and collaboration tools. Qualification Required: - Extensive experience in Microsoft Teams Administration. - In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams and its features. - Solid understanding of Basic IP Telephony systems. - Proficiency in collaboration tools specifically Microsoft Teams. - Nice to have experience in integrating Microsoft Teams with other enterprise applications. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies. - Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation. - Ability to conduct training sessions for end-users. - Strong understanding of security policies and procedures related to cloud technologies.
