Cloud Specialist 3

As a Cloud Specialist 3 at Hyland Software, you will play a vital role in responding to and resolving monitoring alerts, requests from customers and partners, as well as incidents within the cloud environment. Your responsibilities include working on Disaster Recovery failover testing, scheduled maintenance windows, and ensuring service availability and performance. To excel in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree, 5-7 years of experience in Infrastructure Support or NOC, expert knowledge of Cloud technologies, SQL, CRM-based applications, monitoring tools like SolarWinds and BMC, as well as ITIL/ITSM framework and processes. Your success in this position will depend on your ability to monitor infrastructure, remediate issues, document incident details, maintain NOC reports, manage escalations within SLAs, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, support incident classification, and track incidents to resolution. You should be adaptable to a 24/7 rotational shift model, possess excellent communication skills, and have strong customer handling experience.
