Cloud Solutions Lead

As an experienced Network Engineer with 7 to 10 years of experience, your role will involve providing L3 support for escalated incidents, complex troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of network issues. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing LAN, WAN, Data Center, and Cloud Networking solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and configuring static routing and routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF. - Implementing and supporting firewalls, VPNs, and network security solutions. - Collaborating with ISPs, OEMs, and vendors for advanced troubleshooting and solution deployment. - Performing network performance monitoring, capacity planning, and proactive optimization. - Ensuring compliance with security standards and policies (ISO, NIST, ITIL, etc.). - Developing and maintaining network documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base for the team. - Providing technical guidance and mentoring to L1 and L2 engineers. - Participating in 24x7 on-call rotation for critical issues. Your qualifications and skills should include: - 6-10 years of experience in network engineering and operations. - Strong expertise in Routing & Switching, Network Security (Firewalls such as Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/FTD, Fortinet), Load Balancers, Cloud Networking (AWS, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect). - Proficiency in monitoring tools and strong knowledge of TCP/IP, IPv6, DNS, DHCP, NAT, ACLs, QoS, multicast. - Hands-on experience with automation & scripting, preferably Python and Terraform. - Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management). - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
