Cloud Network Admin

As a Cloud Network Admin with over 14 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, engineering, deploying, documenting, and managing Azure network solutions. Your primary focus will be to ensure seamless connectivity between on-premises networks and Azure, configure firewalls and Cloudflare, and lead projects to deliver technical solutions. Your role will require strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. You will lead the design, deployment, and management of Azure network solutions, guaranteeing connectivity between on-premises networks and Azure environments. Providing technical direction and coordination for cloud networking projects will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring service integration and management across global strategies. Developing professional diagrams, documentation, and operational standards, policies, and procedures for network solutions using industry-standard toolsets will be crucial. Your role will involve resolving complex technical network issues while providing clear communications to stakeholders and teams throughout the resolution process. You will need to provide leadership and hands-on expertise in network engineering, driving the development of new technology standards and processes for cloud networking. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to create strategic business and engineering solutions based on network requirements will be essential. Managing Azure infrastructure networks, including the configuration of associated components such as Network Security Groups (NSG), Application Security Groups (ASG), and load balancers, will be a key part of your responsibilities. Leading the development and implementation of cloud-based security solutions, including the design and configuration of firewalls and security protocols, will also be required. In addition, you will build and manage network and host security groups for comprehensive technical and security analysis. Developing cloud network services and automation using APIs and virtualization technologies is another aspect of the role. Effective communication with business and technical teams to gather requirements, share product features, and define network designs will be essential. You will be expected to work in an agile and dynamic environment, adapting to changes while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
