Cloud Manager - Delivery Accounting Hub Cloud Functional

Role Overview: You will be part of the functional team at Oracle Global Services Center (GSC) involved in implementing Cloud Applications for customers across various regions, with a specific focus on North America. Your responsibilities will include developing solutions to complex requirements, conducting Proof of Concepts, configuring applications, performing validations, designing customizations, integrations, reports, conversions, and extensions. As a functional manager, you will drive these activities in your projects, mentor junior consultants, and ensure best practices are established and adopted. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrating functional expertise to deliver solutions on complex customer engagements - Leading a team of consultants and analysts at offshore, ensuring completeness and quality of deliverables - Providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop team members" skills - Implementing Oracle Accounting Hub products to meet customer needs - Leading solution design and implementation ensuring high-quality software solutions within time and budget constraints - Conducting Strategy Sessions, Requirements Gathering workshops, Integrations, Reports, and Functional Solutions workshops - Writing Functional Design Documents for reports, integrations, and extensions - Participating in business development activities Qualifications Required: - Qualified CA or ICWAI or MBA (Finance) with 8 to 12 years of total experience - At least 5 years of Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud/EBS FAH implementation experience and 1 to 6 years of Industry experience in Accounting and Finance domain - Preference for Oracle Cloud Accounting Hub implementation experience - Ability to lead customer discussions independently, gather requirements, and understand accounting impacts of business events - Strong accounting knowledge and experience in analyzing business requirements - Proficiency in conducting sessions for Requirement Gathering, Design Workshops, and Conference Room Pilots - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Good interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with stakeholders, and present ideas clearly - Self-motivated with the willingness to learn and be a good team player - Proficient in industry trends and the value of Cloud Solutions to multiple Customers - Active participation in Community forum and publications in professional forums will be an added advantage About Us: Oracle, a world leader in cloud solutions, partners with industry-leaders in almost every sector and continues to innovate after 40+ years.
