Positions Open:

• Commi I / II / III
• DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie)
• CDP (Chef de Partie)

Key Responsibilities:

Depending on the level (Commi to CDP), you will be responsible for:

Food Preparation & Cooking

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes in accordance with our nutritional standards and portioning guidelines.
• Ensure consistency, hygiene, and quality across all meals.
• Support menu execution for rotational offerings.

Kitchen Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards (FSSAI compliance).
• Organize and restock kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Participate in daily mise en place and shift planning.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the head chef, nutrition team, and fellow kitchen staff.
• Communicate effectively to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist in training junior staff (for CDP roles).

Requirements:

• 1–8 years of experience in cloud kitchens, QSRs, or health-focused kitchens.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and nutrition (preferred).
• Formal culinary training or certification is a plus.
• Must be adaptable to a rotational menu and new recipe developments.
• High level of discipline, punctuality, and commitment to healthy cooking methods.
