Job Description

Cloud Infrastructure Engineer III

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer III, you will get to:

Configure and manage the AVD golden images
, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Configure and manage scaling of the AVD environment
to meet evolving user demands.
Implement
improvement actions for the AVD system configuration
, driving continuous optimization.
Manage
AVD-related group policies
for secure and compliant user experiences.
Exhibit strong knowledge and understanding of
user profiles (FSLogix) solutions
.
Administer and manage
Remote Applications hosted and MSIX in AVD environments
.
Perform, validate, and prepare reports of
regular patching of the AVD environments
.
Perform and validate the
user acceptance tests
for customers AVD environments.

What We're Looking For

Education:
University Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related area preferred.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in Azure Cloud.
2+ years of experience with Azure Virtual Desktop.
Documentation:
Experience in drafting
end-user documentation and SOPs
following industry standards.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong knowledge and understanding of the
Azure Virtual Desktop Solution
, including underlying networking and storage concepts.
Mindset:
Embrace challenges, discomfort, and demonstrate openness to continuous learning.
Teamwork:
Exhibit a strong team working/player spirit.
Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ITSM:
Sound knowledge of
ITIL processes
and industry best practices.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications, such as the
Microsoft Certified: AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-140
, are a plus.
