As an Associate - Projects at our company, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications supporting HR and planning functions. Your expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM tools and Sales and Operations Planning will be crucial in ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Possess strong experience in OC HCM Tools-Fast Formula Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle Cloud HCM - OTBI/OBIEE - Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM - HCM Extracts and HCM Data Loader - Have hands-on experience with HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader - Show familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM - Benefits PL/SQL and SQL - Exhibit knowledge of Oracle XML Publisher and OC HCM Fun-Core HR - Understand Sales and Operations Planning processes and their integration with HR systems - Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality solutions - Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks As a highly skilled Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience, you are the ideal candidate for this role.
