Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team as an Associate - Projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various Oracle Cloud HCM tools and a strong background in Sales and Operations Planning. This role involves developing and maintaining applications that support our HR and planning functions ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.EPS Drive

Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in OC HCM Tools-Fast Formula Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle Cloud HCM - OTBI/OBIEE
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM - HCM Extracts and HCM Data Loader
  • Have hands-on experience with HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader
  • Show familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM - Benefits PL/SQL and SQL
  • Exhibit knowledge of Oracle XML Publisher and OC HCM Fun-Core HR
  • Understand Sales and Operations Planning processes and their integration with HR systems
  • Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks si
