Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer with expertise in Infrastructure as Code to join our team at Chevron. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using various tools and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) scripts using Terraform or similar tools.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for security and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall code quality.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Knowledge of containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
