About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team at BPMLinks. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our existing multi-cloud infrastructure, primarily focusing on AWS and Azure platforms. You will play a critical part in maintaining our Snowflake data warehouse integrations, ensuring seamless data processing and analytics workflows. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in cloud services, data management, and DevOps practices, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex cloud environments, contribute to strategic initiatives, and influence the technological growth of our organization.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience with AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, RDS, IAM, and S3.
• Working knowledge of Azure services including Resource Groups, App Services, Storage, and DevOps pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in Snowflake for data management, performance tuning, and security best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to develop, debug, and optimize stored procedures within Snowflake.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in AWS, Azure, or Snowflake are a plus.
  

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities for this role include:

• Managing and continuously optimizing cloud environments across AWS and Azure to ensure maximum efficiency, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Handling deployments and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to facilitate seamless application updates and integrations.
• Monitoring and maintaining Snowflake data warehouse integrations, ensuring data accuracy, security, and performance.
• Developing and refining stored procedures within Snowflake to support data processing workflows and analytics initiatives.
• Implementing best practices for cloud security, access controls, and compliance standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable cloud solutions.
• Providing troubleshooting support and resolving technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and data workflows.
• Staying updated with the latest cloud technologies and recommending improvements to existing systems.
