You are taented, innovative and enthusiastic Software engineering professiona who wants to deveop and improve software that powers the Coud and buid the next generation coud & security services to make our customers succeed. What you’ do: You are a part of Coud patform Service Engineering team. You are responsibe for deivering infrastructure services with top-notch performance, first-rate security, fai-safe reiabiity and exceptiona quaity. You wi be the key individua responsibe for deveopment of new coud services on the IBM Coud Patform. You wi get to work with Fortune 100 Enterprise cients and buid hyperscae coud services for the argest companies in the word. We are a goba team, so communication skis (both verba and written) are critica as we as fexibiity to work with team members in other time zones. Required education Bacheor's Degree Preferred education Bacheor's Degree Required technica and professiona expertise Minimum 3+ years ofreevant workexperience Demonstrated probem-soving and anaytica skis Proficient in Goang and Python Strong knowedge of SOA / web services – SOAP, REST, XML-RPC, XML, JSON Expert eve inux proficiency Experience with reationa databases and SQL (Orace, MySQL, PostgreSQL), aso non-reationa e.g. ETCD a pus. * Experience in deveoping efficient automated unit / functiona tests to support continuous integration for produciton code. Comfortabe with Mode View Controer / ORM framework Famiiarity with Docker/Kubernetes Famiiarity with microservice architectures Coud computing and virtuaisation Preferred technica and professiona experience Experience in deveoping working software in sma increments to support continuous deivery. Famiiarity with virtuaization Knowedege of TLS encryption and agorithms Knowedge of basic security practices
