Cloud Business Analyst

Microsoft 365

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for Microsoft 365 and Azure-based solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Work closely with IT architects, developers, and project managers to ensure successful implementation.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements leveraging Microsoft 365 apps (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform) and Azure services.
• Support migration projects (on-prem to cloud) and integration with existing systems.
• Develop use cases, workflows, and user stories for cloud adoption and automation.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users for Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions.
• Monitor performance and assist in troubleshooting issues post-deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of

  Microsoft 365 suite

  (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with

  Azure services

  (Azure AD, Azure Storage, Azure Functions, Azure Security).
• Familiarity with

  cloud migration strategies

  and

  data governance

  .
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified:

  Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

• Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)

• Microsoft Certified: Business Analyst or Power Platform certifications
