Job Description

Role Overview: As the primary marketing cloud administrator supporting the business function, you will be responsible for managing a SFCC and SFMC (Sales Force Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud) instance in a BAU capacity. Your role will involve covering operational support, continuous improvement, platform health, and maintenance activities. Additionally, you will be required to maintain and document marketing cloud configuration and operational processes. Your ability to support integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service cloud will be crucial. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as you will need to articulate concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your experience with the design and appropriate use of data extensions will play a vital role in this position. Familiarity with Cloud/Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Email studio is a must. Working knowledge of AmpScript, and ideally JavaScript/HTML/CSS, will be beneficial. Exposure to Salesforce CRM administration, specifically campaigns, and how they are managed across the Marketing and CRM platforms will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Manage SFCC and SFMC instance in a BAU capacity - Cover operational support, continuous improvement, platform health, and maintenance activities - Maintain and document marketing cloud configuration and operational processes - Support integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service cloud - Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Design and use data extensions appropriately - Utilize Cloud/Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Email studio - Apply working knowledge of AmpScript, JavaScript/HTML/CSS - Gain experience/exposure to Salesforce CRM administration, specifically campaigns management across Marketing and CRM platforms Qualifications Required: - At least 2 to 3 years of experience in managing SFCC and SFMC instances - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Experience with data extensions and integration between different Salesforce clouds - Proficiency in Cloud/Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Email studio - Working knowledge of AmpScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Exposure to Salesforce CRM administration and campaign management across platforms,
