Cloud administrator

As the primary marketing cloud administrator supporting the business function, you should have the following experience and skills: - At least 2 to 3 years of experience in managing a SFCC and SFMC (Sales Force Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud) instance in a BAU capacity, including operational support, continuous improvement, platform health, and maintenance activities. - Maintain and document marketing cloud configuration and operational processes. - Ability to support integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service cloud. - Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to articulate concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with the design and appropriate use of data extensions. - Proficiency in Cloud/Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Email Studio. - Working knowledge of AmpScript, and ideally JavaScript/HTML/CSS. - Experience or exposure to Salesforce CRM administration, specifically campaigns and how they are managed across the Marketing and CRM platforms.
