Cloud administrator

The Cloud administrator will be responsible for managing a SFCC and SFMC instance in a BAU capacity, including operational support, continuous improvement, platform health, and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Maintaining and documenting marketing cloud configuration and operational processes - Supporting integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service cloud - Designing and utilizing data extensions appropriately - Proficiency in Cloud/Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Email Studio - Working knowledge of AmpScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Experience or exposure to Salesforce CRM administration, specifically managing campaigns across Marketing and CRM platforms Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to explain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders If you meet the above requirements and are looking to join a dynamic team, apply now to be part of our organization.,
