Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Azure, AWS & Microsoft 365 Managed Services Support Engineer with 24 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support, administration, and monitoring of Azure, AWS cloud infrastructure and Microsoft 365 services for our clients. This role requires a strong foundational understanding of cloud technologies, hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, and familiarity with IT service management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Managed Services Support and Microsoft 365 Administration

• Monitor and Manage Azure and AWS workloads (VMs, storage, networking, backups, etc.).
• Respond to alerts, perform root cause analysis, and resolve incidents as per SLAs.
• Manage user identities and access through Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring secure and efficient identity lifecycle management.
• Execute patch management, backup/restore operations, and basic automation tasks.
• Collaborate with cloud architects for provisioning and change management.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Maintaining and Manging Azure and AWS Network Infrastructure.
• Security Posture Management for Azure, AWS and M365.
• Administer M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Manage user accounts, groups, licenses, and mailbox configurations using the Microsoft 365 admin centre and PowerShell.
• Implement and support M365 security and compliance features (e.g., MFA, Conditional Access, DLP and AIP).
• Handle service requests, incident resolution, and system monitoring.
• Support onboarding activities and assist users with access or configuration issues
• Basic Knowledge on M365 workload migration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 68 years of relevant experience supporting Azure, AWS and Microsoft 365 services.
• Good Understanding on Security and Firewall products in Azure and AWS.
• Good understanding on Landing zone design and approaches.
• Basic understanding on IAC (Infrastructure as Code).
• Strong understanding of Azure infrastructure (VMs, Networking, Storage, AAD).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).
• Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and admin tasks.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices (incident/change/problem management).
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Microsoft 365 Admin Centre).
• Good communication skills and customer-service mindset.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (Exam MS-900).
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate (MS-500)
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner / Solutions Architect – Associate
