We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional closing manager to join our dynamic team at our Wagholi office. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputed real estate developer and be part of a growing organization in the Pune market.

Closing Manager (Female Only)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end closing formalities with clients.

Coordination between sales, legal, and accounts departments.

Manage documentation, agreements, and registration processes.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Ensure smooth handover and possession formalities.

Requirements:

Freshers are also welcome, or a minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in real estate closing or CRM.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
