We are looking for a highly motivated Manager, Accounting with a strong growth mindset, detail
oriented professional to lead our day-to-day accounting and financial operations. This is a high-impact role focused on strengthening our month-end close, improving processes, and partneringacross teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Core responsibilities

Strategic & cross-functional contributions

Stakeholder management

? Serve as the primary liaison with auditors (international subsidiaries) and key
internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth audit execution with zeroescalations.? Collaborate across teams to align accounting processes with businessoperations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Tools & systems

Familiarity with BlackLine, FloQast, or similar reconciliation tools is a strong plus

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 810 years of experience in corporate accounting, preferably with technology companies
• Expertise in US GAAP, Ind AS, SOX compliance
• Strong expertise in general ledger accounting, financial close processes, and technical accounting matters
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability, with a track record of improving productivity, driving efficiencies, and leading by example
• A roll-up-your-sleeves mindset you're energized by both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
